  7.  -- WHAT IS MSCONFIG? ---------------------------------------------------------

  9.         MSCONFIG lets you change the default settings for both VGA Moire 2.0
  10.         and Morning Star.  It is menu-driven and basically self-explanatory.

  12.         With MSCONFIG, you can change the hotkeys and password, as well as
  13.         several other settings.

  15.         To run MSCONFIG, first make sure your Morning Star/VGA Moire directory
  16.         is the current directory.  Then type  MSCONFIG  and press [Enter].

  18.         Note that changes you make with MSCONFIG do not take effect until you
  19.         reload Morning Star or VGA Moire.  Also note that changes you make via
  20.         MSCONFIG will affect both Morning Star and VGA Moire.

  24.         Also note:  if you are using password protection but do not have a
  25.         password defined, you can simply press <Enter> whenever MSCONFIG,
  26.         Morning Star, or VGA Moire expect you to enter your password.
